Referral Process
Referrals can be made by a Solictor or Courts, Children’s Services, Self Referral and Other Agencies
After you complete our Online Application Form you will be re-directed to PayPal to pay the £100 referral fee. You can check out as a guest, you do not need a PayPal account. Please note the referral fee is non-refundable.
- Apply by Downloading an Application form:
You will need to send the application form to TQ1 Family Service with the referral fee of £100, we accept cheques and cash. Please note the referral fee is non-refundable.
Once the application form and payment has been received the parties involved will need to attend a pre-visit where we will risk assess and gather further information.
